Freshworks Product Analyst (Fresher)

What you will work on

• Track product activation metrics and user funnels across Freshdesk, Freshservice, and Freshsales.
• Collaborate with engineers and PMs to instrument events and build dashboards that surface adoption signals.
• Run experiments on onboarding flows and pricing pages to improve conversion.
